NASDAQ – Momentum Still Strong, But Warning Signs Are Starting To Appear
Nasdaq continues to push into new ATH territory above 30,000, but momentum is no longer as clean as before.
Price keeps making new highs while RSI is starting to show negative divergence — often an early warning that momentum is slowing beneath the surface.
That does NOT automatically mean the top is in.
In strong bull markets, divergences can last for days while price continues squeezing higher.
Personally, I’m not interested in aggressively shorting while momentum still holds above key support.
The first level I’m watching is:
29,940–30,000
A confirmed breakdown below that area on the 1H timeframe could open the door for a larger pullback toward:
29,650
As long as Nasdaq holds above those levels, the trend remains bullish and another squeeze toward 30.5k–31k is still possible.
The most dangerous environment for shorts is usually before the final squeeze — not after it.
Watching carefully for:
• RSI divergence
• failed breakouts
• weaker closes near highs
• momentum slowdown
• increasing volatility near ATH

NASDAQ – From Plan To Execution
Two weeks ago I published my W20 Nasdaq plan and highlighted two key areas:
Supply: 29,560–29,675
Demand: 28,520–28,402
The market eventually reached the supply zone, where I closed longs and entered short positions.
The decline continued all the way into the demand zone around 28,576, where profits were taken and long positions were opened.
From there Nasdaq reacted exactly as expected and bounced sharply from demand.
This was not about predicting every candle.
It was about identifying high-probability areas in advance, remaining patient, and executing the plan when price reached the zones.
The best trades are often planned long before they happen.

NASDAQ UPDATE
The short position from the 29,560–29,675 supply zone has now reached its main target at the 28,576 demand area.
After the aggressive selloff into support, Nasdaq reacted strongly from the zone with buyers stepping in during the US session.
The short has now been closed and focus shifts toward a potential bounce/recovery move from demand.
Current market structure:
• Major rejection from ATH region
• First larger pullback completed
• Strong reaction from daily demand
• Volatility remains elevated
Key area now:
28,850 – 29,110
As long as Nasdaq holds above the current demand structure, probability increases for a larger rebound attempt during the week.
