@TradesTalk Do it. Its not the choice for thick kids like I was told. I remember my 6th form tutor telling me anyone in trades amounts to nothing. How inspiring huh! Hopefully times have changed!

@TradesTalk As my mum told me when I left the Army, learn a trade you’ll always have a job, I’ve done lots of different work but I’ve always had being a Sparky to fall back on #TradesTalk

@TradesTalk A5 You have to be prepaired to work bloody hard and take the rough with the smooth BUT being in the trade is worth all the heart ache.

Just think you can be one of the skilled few who can make customers dreams become a reality!

Listen.
Stick with it.
Be prepared to fail, be aware that’s how you learn.
It won’t be easy but if you listen, learn, practice & perfect (ish) you will always have an option to earn

@TradesTalk A5. With AI taking over, now is definitely the time. I’ve told the kids as soon as they are old enough they are out on the tools in the holidays. If they want to go to uni, that’s up to them, but at least there is something to fall back on if needs be.
