Penny stocks are worth investing in!
What gives them a bad reputation also creates opportunity: low price, low liquidity, low coverage.
Investors just need a disciplined approach to weed out the stocks that are cheap for a reason from those that represent sound investments.
Our latest post applies our simplified balance sheet analysis to $ARTW, our January 2023 recommendation.

1/ The universe of micro-cap stocks is large, and many low-priced stocks are cheap for a reason.
The goal is to apply a consistent process that identifies businesses where quality, operating momentum, and financial strength can create value for shareholders.
$ELSE provides a useful case study because its acquisition did not come out of nowhere.

China Restricts Nvidia $NVDA Chip Purchases to Special Circumstances (The Information)
🔹The Chinese government told some tech companies it would only approve their purchases of Nvidia's H200 AI chips under special circumstances, such as for university research and development labs.
The latest directive suggests Beijing may have concluded that protecting its domestic chip industry outweighs the advances for local AI developers in getting access to advanced foreign computing chips.
🔹The directive comes one month after President Donald Trump said he would allow Nvidia to sell the H200 chip to China, and it remains unclear how Chinese companies will comply with the directive or how the government will enforce it.
