Amazing tool
We were the first to create a fully compliant tool that uses an authorised connection to your Amazon Seller account to auto-ungate you in up to 10,000 brands 🔥 The success we've seen so far has been CRAZY! Working well on all seller accounts, from beginners to advanced. How many scans did you get? 👀
Un-gating is one of the biggest challenges Amazon sellers face, and we're working on solving every problem in the space.
We've created an INSANE Instant Auto-Ungater that scans 5,500 brands and opens every auto-ungate you're eligible for.
First scans often ungate around 250 (brand new accounts) to 4500+ (experienced accounts). Which is absolutely insane, especially if you're only just getting started and have hit the gating roadblock
We have heavily discounted rescans, as the more sales you get under your account, the more brands you'll unlock! We've had amazing results from our mentees testing this in our mentorship.
Happy hunting - https://t.co/F1Q1pMdrCQ
Who to follow
There’s a bit of a baby boom happening at SellerSmart.
Reece just had his first child. Sean has his first on the way. Sam already has two.
We’re passionate about this business because it’s what allows us to support our families and build something we actually believe in.
We didn’t want a future where we worked a job we felt stuck in and hoped things would change one day.
If that sounds familiar and you’ve been thinking about building something of your own, backing yourself is always a good place to start.

⚡️ 2022 ⚡️ £132,000 in sales. 7,952 units sold. £22,600 profit since 1st March at 34% ROI ⚡️ This time last year I made the decision to go ahead with Amazon FBA. Now have a six figure business with a £25k month in December… the road to a million continues 🤩🏆
⚡️ 2024 - Year 3 of FBA ⚡️ £217,000 revenue. 10,800+ units sold. £24,000 profit 25% ROI ⚡️ Joined a prep centre in Feb & struggled with added expenses so rehired a VA in Sept. Hit £53k sales + £6.6k profit in 30days in Q4 🤩 Lifetime turnover £516k + £70k profit since Feb 2022 🏆
Here’s a secret:
As a business owner you are allowed to screw up. A lot.
From the outside I think people see some magic combination of right place right time and perfect execution = successful business.
Well I make mistakes weekly, if not daily. Here’s a second secret. The bigger your business = you get to screw up even more.
Cash flow buries a lot of mistakes. Some companies have made $1b mistakes and live to tell you about it.
I forget to do things. I make bad money decisions. I say yes too often. I hire the wrong person for the job. I don’t attack opportunities fast enough. I go too deep on the wrong area. I don’t always prioritize my day correctly. I put things off too long.
Consistency, learning from our choices, and self forgiveness are what wins out.
If you let yourself feel stuck in your past you won’t be able to carve out a future. Decisions get made, we live with them and we make the best of the situation.
Be relentless in your pursuit and acknowledge your faults, gaps, and ignorance along the way.
I firmly believe most resellers especially on Amazon don’t have a profit problem, they have a leakage problem.
You can source all day at 50% ROI and run negative / never take profit because the money you’re making per sale isn’t enough to cover everywhere else you’re losing money.
It happens to me too, used to much worse than now.
1. Items you buy that never arrived.
2. Items you buy that come damaged but you never return or request reimbursement.
3. Items lost during shipments outbound you don’t file claims on.
4. Items amazon loses you don’t notice.
5. Items arriving as a return damaged / swapped that you don’t fight for.
6. Shipping cost adjustments you don’t notice.
7. Bad shipping templates that result in lost money when heading out.
8. Poor gift card management and you lose track or never get what you ordered.
9. Items you buy to hold but you didn’t organize well and missed the sell window.
10. Items you had 50% ROI on but didn’t prep fast enough and dropped to 10% by the time you did.
11. Building cash back or rewards into your profit and it never gets paid out.
12. Unaccounted storage fees, placement fees, or prep fees.
13. Software, lead list, or info bloat that isn’t being attached to your P&L.
14. Poor repricing practices which slow down your per unit volume.
15. Bad cash flow management forcing you to leverage and pay interest or loan fees.
The list goes on. Yes you should continue to get better at sourcing, learning new stores, categories, pushing higher AOVs, etc.
Until you are dialed in on the moving parts between inventory, prep, cash, and sales though you can be losing your shirt and not even realize it. For years.
You work hard for your money. You’re robbing yourself blind by not knowing where every dollar is going and to whom.
why’s everyone on instagram acting like THAT
Selling on Amazon can feel like you’re on an isolated island.
No mates who “get it.”
People you try to talk to are closed off.
It's just you, staring at Keepa charts.
That’s why we're creating the best free Discord with community in the UK.
You don't have to do it alone!
