@bottomofthatop@dwightnyamouth@Devsthetix You’re right it’s possible, however unless you’re a brand new lifter or really high body fat % you’re only going to put on a meager amount of muscle while in a deficit. If you’re an advanced lifter and already pretty lean, it’s difficult to put on any new muscle in a deficit
