@stevemagness I think Covid also accelerated our dependence on fast food, ordering pick up, and pre made meals at grocery stores. We’ve stopped cooking our own food. We don’t look at ingredients. We want cheap convenience and that’s what our food has become…affordable and without substance.
@stevemagness I like most of your content but I disagree here. Yes, exercise and eating healthy are key. It is also important to ask why much of our food is not really food. Not just fast food but in our groceries. school lunches are not good. Actual food is $$ that most can’t afford.
