The idea that you’re “living” life a little by eating processed foods is a self programmed myth. You’re slowly decreasing your life. If you want to do your body a favor, eat high density nutrients rich foods. To slowly kill your body eat processed foods, simple as that.
I want my food to have up to only 7 ingredients in it, and the albums I listen to to only have 7 songs. That’s just the right amount of music and ingredients.
Just to give you some encouragement. It’s not the food thats unhealthy,it the ingredients used to make the food that hurts your body! So just make foods you like with quality nutritious ingredients.
@wildgyspygirl Refined grains,flour,and sugar can cause sinus inflammation which can lead to infection.Echinacea tea,ginger, grapefruit seed extract, oil of oregano are a few more herbs that really fight bacteria that cause sinus inflammation and infection. There are stronger bitter herbs too
