राजस्थान के पचपदरा मे प्रेम विवाह करके लौटी बेटी को उसके परिजनों ने थ्री व्हीलर से किडनेप कर लिया। जिसकी एक वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुई जिसमे दावा किया गया की स्कार्पियो सवार बदमाश लड़की को उठा ले गए है। पुलिस की जांच मे पता चला की मंजू और कुलदीप ने लव मैरिज की ���ी। HC से ऑर्डर के बाद एसएसपी से सुरक्षा का आदेश लेकर कपल गांव लौट रहा था। रास्ते मे लड़की के परिवार के लोगो ने लड़की को अगवा कर लिया। FIR दर्ज हो गई है। लड़की अभी बरामद नहीं हुई।

By going through that definition Gynecologists must be pregnant whole life,orthopaedicians have fractures whole life etc.
They just know and handle human beings better.
2.Psychiatrists have NO corporate job.
Corporate jobs are rising.
Corporate Jobs are less because psychiatry as branch has a huge part which are unexplored.
In upcoming years this will end.
Many new start ups are funded because mental health has become prime concern.
3.Psychiatrists have NO money.
You are so wrong here.
Go to any private conference you and you will know status of psychiatrists.
Deaddiction centres are giving lakhs of money even just after passing MD.
4.Psychiatry don’t have SS/fellowships.
DM child and adolescent psychiatry,DM Forensic psychiatry,DM Deaddiction psychiatry,DM geriatric psychiatry etc.
Fellowships in Neuropsychiatry,Sleep medicine,OCD etc.
All problems are due to fact that-
1.Medical students don’t read Psychiatry in UGs
2.Very less interaction with branch even in internship.
So there is NO basic knowledge of subject.
So there are huge misconceptions.

देहरादून में ONGC चौराहे क��� पास इनोवा कार और ट्रक की टक्कर में छह लोगों की मौत हो गई। मृतकों में तीन लड़के और तीन लड़कियां शामिल हैं। हादसे में एक अन्य युवक गंभीर रूप से घायल हुआ है, जिसे अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है।

सूचना मिलते ही मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने तत्काल कार्रवाई करते हुए शवों को क्षतिग्रस्त गाड़ी से बाहर निकाला और पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा। प्रारंभिक जांच में पता चला है कि कार सवार सभी लोग छात्र थे। पुलिस मामले की छानबीन में जुट गई है और दुर्घटना के कारणों का पता लगाने का प्रयास कर रही है।

There’s a lot of focus on reducing stress because excess stress is the root of disease.

But many people find it unrealistic to reduce stress because life IS stressful. Anything worth doing, whether it’s starting a business, a family, an exercise routine, a new job, etc… they all will create stress in the body.

The answer isn’t to stop chasing your dreams to live a “stress free” life. Rather, it’s to build your resilience towards stress.

Physical exercise is one way to do this. For example, strength training requires you to get really uncomfortable under load, but in a controlled setting. Similarly, yoga or Pilates requires you to gain immense control over your body and mind to be able to execute the movements with fluidity and ease.

When you do this over and over again, you build resilience towards uncomfortable things and unfamiliar sensations.
