New Year Greetings from Train a Girl Uganda!
Dear Team, Partners, and Project Participants,
As we step into the New Year, we look back with immense gratitude and pride at the strides we have made together.
Let us champion policies and initiatives that support girls’ education and protect their rights.
A Call to Action: On this Independence Day, let us commit to creating an environment where every girl can dream, learn, and achieve her full potential.
As we celebrate Uganda’s 62nd Independence Anniversary, let us reflect on the progress we have made and the journey ahead. Our nation’s strength lies in the potential of every Ugandan, and today, we emphasize the importance of empowering our girls.
Breaking Barriers: Despite the strides we have made, many girls still face barriers to education and opportunities. It is our collective responsibility to break down these barriers, whether they are cultural, economic, or social.
If we keep girls longer in school, it reduces teen pregnancies and early marriages and boosts their economic potential.
