When anti-choice protestors picketed Pride a few years ago, it was trans women who crowded them and got them to back away. Those same trans women were videod by the protestors, and had our provincial police force post their names and faces with a wanted sign for “harassment”

45% who identified as something other than birth sex gave no further info
6% did not answer the question at all.

Extrapolating for that missing info in the exact same way gives a population of roughly 93,000 trans women.
