A federal judge blocked Trump's Department of Justice from seizing the personal information of trans patients in Pennsylvania. This is a powerful rebuke of the DOJ's targeting of gender-affirming health care. https://t.co/VzT89aLz3r
Last week, A4TE filed a brief in both cases, using historical examples of discrimination to show how current anti-trans bans are unconstitutional. We're proud to speak out for trans youth everywhere—ALL students deserve a chance to play. https://t.co/vNStrzw2ZW
We all experience the holidays differently—and we're here to say, no matter how you're spending this time, it's all okay. Remember to prioritize your comfort, take care of yourself, and do the things that bring *you* joy. 💗 https://t.co/DBIW0OHoGu
Thank you to the 213 House members who are not only condemning transphobia, but making an important connection between anti-trans rhetoric and real-world violence. https://t.co/2UZ03QyyZ2
🌷Our Trans Day of Remembrance virtual event is starting in one hour at 6:00 PM EST. Hear from trans activists and allies about how we can build our power and fight for change. View the stream here: https://t.co/iGgBAsIbXT

As we come together in our shared grief, we also gather our strength to support each other through these hard times. We fight to live freely, without fear of discrimination or violence. We treasure and lift up our trans youth. And we honor and learn from our trans elders. (2/3)
Bans do not make school sports more fair for students. Instead, these laws single out and target trans kids, denying them the right to be themselves. More: https://t.co/yTimK35QeN (3/3)
JUST NOW: A4TE lawyers sent an amicus brief to the Supreme Court in regard to two cases about youth sports. The brief urges the justices to affirm lower court rulings that allowed two trans students to play sports with their peers. (1/3)
The brief gives context to the exclusion of trans people today. Using the history of anti-LGBTQ+ discrimination, A4TE lawyers demonstrate how bans on trans participation are unconstitutional. A4TE is proud to put this argument directly before the court. (2/3)
Every year, Advocates for Trans Equality releases a Remembrance Report about anti-trans violence. We are proud to bring you this resource in honor of Trans Day of Remembrance. Read the report and learn more here: https://t.co/jzJKZ8magI (2/2)
Today, we are officially releasing our 2025 Remembrance Report. With the Trump administration working to erase our history, and extremists threatening our rights and protections, it has never been more important to create and preserve our own records. (1/2)
Trans people have always played an important role in strengthening our military and defending our country. Trump's targeting of trans service members does not change the truth of their bravery. https://t.co/QdQY2JOP3y
A4TE is proud to present Give Them Their Flowers: A Trans Community Gathering. 💐🤍On Nov. 20, at 6 PM EST, we'll be hosting a virtual event for trans people and allies. The event will feature talks from trans activists about how we build towards a safer future. (1/2)
Great news about *another* mayoral race—yesterday, Erica Deuso was elected mayor of Downingtown. She will be the first openly trans mayor in Pennsylvania! We are proud to have endorsed Erica Deuso. https://t.co/4P5O5DiUYE
Second, head to https://t.co/HP4kovKDcF to learn about your rights when casting your ballot. Trans people deserve to have their voices heard. We'll see you at the polls! 🗳️ (3/3)
Today is Election Day! Across the country, voters will make important decisions on who will lead their schools, cities, and states. These decisions could greatly impact our community—in several races, our health and safety are at issue. Here's how you can get involved! (1/3)
First, check your voter registration status at https://t.co/HJ6MbvKh5k. In some states, residents are permitted to register on the same day they vote. You can find your polling location at https://t.co/NQdshEpC5Z. (2/3)
