Insane to me that people equate this to 2003 Grievous, as if 03 Grievous didn’t fight off 5 Jedi at once without having to resort to any cheap-shots in about the same amount of time it took this Grievous to beat 1 random Nightsister WITH a cheap-shot.
Getting my hopes up at the thought of a playable Super Tactical Droid that is a mostly passive Support who can summon a bunch of Battle Droids onto the field but I know it won’t happen… unless mods—?
All in all this arc had the potential to be truly amazing with a proper story, but it just feels like they didn’t want to actually put in that work besides the visuals and only mimic the idea of this harsh battle without hardly any real substance.
Hot take but the more I think about the Umbara arc the more I realize how many missed opportunities there were for a more compelling story to be told and what we got wasn’t actually all that good and was more about the spectacle and “omg guys it’s Vietnam in Star Wars!”
The concept of a Jedi General who thinks Clones are just dispensable fodder, but also has good success rate is a really interesting concept, and it sucks that they decided that was too complex of a subject to delve into so they just turned him evil.
I pray for the day that Batman is finally recognized for his no-kill rule being about his indomitable willpower and value of human life above all else and not the stupid “cause then I’ll be like them” bs.
Again, I love them and I’m not trying to stomp on their fun or say they need to be more critical, I just know Star Wars creators like to imagine their audience are all the same as them
I love Blind Wave and seeing their reactions, but I can’t help but realize that they are the perfect example of the kind of audience that current Star Wars tries to pander to. Mindless action, constant references, among other things to keep making you point at your screen.
Some of y’all should be more like Mads because despite her ranking she doesn’t spend time shit-talking the lower-ranked stuff. Because she’s smart and mature enough to accept that other people feel differently
She focuses on the stuff she likes, thus her posts are nice and fun
