The CDC approved up to $17.55 million in TIF for mHUB's plans to repurpose 240 N. Ashland Ave. as a 79,000-square-foot manufacturing complex. The $46.8 million Near West Side project would update the 1926 building and retain and create more than 230 permanent and temporary jobs.
