@SouthwestAir just landed at ONT after traveling from BWI and my baggage came out soiled with oil and paint! It did not go in that way. Your baggage rep says it’s wear and tear, but this is recklessness and damage. Had to fight to get a courtesy claim. Not letting this slide

God knows that He can trust me to help someone else. Going THROUGH don’t feel good (yes I said don’t), but when you get THROUGH it and you will, you’re stronger, wiser, and that’s how faith works.
When you’re going through the refinement process, it doesn’t feel good, but once you come out, you’re like pure gold and you can help somebody else. I can attest to this. The things that I’ve gone THROUGH and the things that I’m going THROUGH aren’t just for me.

@AmericanAir I just want to shout out Penny and Lorine who work w/ ConKey at DFW. They met us @ our gate in B and brought us to the club, waited and are still waiting w/us as our flight is delayed. Also want to shout out CSA Marcus for excellent customer service.
@paint_your_life I ordered from you almost a month ago and paid extra to have this painting by Father’s Day for my husband. After confirming my address several times and paying extra for expedited delivery, I don’t have my painting and all I have are excuses.
@AmericanAir your gate agents in PHX are the absolute worst! Rude and ridiculous!!!!! My husband is on the plane Lyse-Marie was awful! Asked for supervisor & Jeff and he accommodated us and let us on the flight. PHX needs customer service training.
