@VideoGamesPlus_ I dont think a serious overhaul is needed of your cs team. Nor what I even know what that would entail as I'm not an expert. But I do think changes are needed. For now I will take a wait and see approach with vgp before placing another order. Please straighten this out. Thanks

@VideoGamesPlus_ So disappointed. I won't be ordering reprints from VGP anymore and am considering scaling back entirely. I'm fine with the delay of the game. But your lack of proper communication is so frustrating. Don't say "emails this week" if you're not going to send them.
