@sainsburys Swaps have NEVER been highlighted on the doorstep. When I asked, was told to dig them out which is difficult with a disability. I have accepted many swaps we couldn't eat (daughter has anaphylaxis). If I checked date on every item in delivery, your driver would lose the plot!!

@MoneySavingExp I would have boiled eggs and soldiers but ran out of egg yolk so I made a marmalade strip and a marmite strip and layered egg white in the middle before making a sandwich. Yum! This was a childhood regular but I haven't made as an adult (not in front of others anyway!)

@HannahPopsy Going fruity here but you could fine slice cabbage with fennel, onions, garlic and a sour apple like bramley or granny smith.... braise on low f9r an hour and a half with olive oil and lots of salt and garlic or regular coarse pepper.

Things Covid has proven:

2. Many disabled workers could have been working from home, but corporations just didnt want them to.
