En el diagnóstico diferencial del tumor ayer es muy difícil discernir entre un Encondroma y Condrosarcoma de bajo grado
▪️En estos casos, además de curetaje minucioso con cucharillas de grano de arroz y fresas de dentista a baja velocidad añadimos Fenol 5% durante 30-60 segundos
