@SammyJankisCPA @dexcom_medical Happened to me for the 3rd time. Phoned Dexcom support and they were no help. They did tell me that calls started coming in last week, but those issues have been resolved. Apparently not... If it happens again, I was told to turn off my phone for 2-3 min and redownload the app.

@FedExHelp - my package was due on Thursday, delayed, loaded on a truck for delivery on Friday for early delivery, delayed to 8 pm, delayed to end of day, never delivered, and never scanned again. It is still on a truck for delivery with a status of pending. Need human help!

@AmazonHelp They told me I need to purchase the product at additional cost, then contact customer service and request a refund. Amazon should have just mailed me the correct product as a replacement.
