@StarsCountdown Bc the aac actually isnt a good hockey stadium in terms of what makes teams money. The rich hockey fan actually prefers premium seats over a suite experience, which the aac lacks majorly. Thus, they want to build a stadium that caters to those wants and needs

But both the stars and Mavs want to move north bc a majority of their season ticket holders, and also average ticket buyers, are up there. Also the local gov would still Dallas btw, the new stadium is still in Dallas proper.
