There are items that I wanted to buy, but there was an issue with your site. I tried many different ways to get ahold of customer service and no one responded.
These items are gone now.

I reached out to your customer service multiple times. I tried calling, live chat/text, and email. No one would respond... I'd get an email saying that it would take 24 hours
