Steve jobs ate a mono-diet and did extended fasts regularly. Plato's Republic lists out an explicit sleep, diet, and training optimization protocol for the Guardian class. Picasso kept his hair and nail clippings in a jar and had borderline schizophrenic pre-work rituals. Shakespeare left his "second best bed" to his wife in his will (he liked his bed that much). Einstein non-negotiably slept 10+ hours a night and had a daily walking routine.

These guys were not winging it. They had neurotic routines that would make the most obtuse optimizer look amateur. To think that they wouldn't take advantage of the tools at their disposal is smooth-brained.

I think Kev will be one of the wealthiest cats in the space in the next 10 years, buying, holding smart undervalued US real estate at scale will be difficult to out compete over the next 15 years, imo

@RentYourStocks @realMeetKevin You have a doom view which is why we don't agree. My rents are at all time highs currently, in Florida lol. If the crash comes I can assure you there are 50+ investors in my area waiting for any price decline to scoop up inventory
