Additionally, if it is your view that the people should be consulted [referendum], why not have the referendum on the CCJ when they have it on removing the Monarch?

@CitizenJamaican @NationwideRadio There is something that's referred to as the electoral commission guidelines. Which came from an independent process of consultation and agreement with Pol parties and Civil Society. There was a Report to Parliament, Boundaries Revision January 2010. That outlines the process.
