We shouldn’t remand medical interns . Whoever has done so is simply discrediting government and embarrassing Uganda.
Let’s mobilize resources and facilitate interns to do their work. It seems the responsible ministers still want HE @KagutaMuseveni to do their work.

Let it be on record that these young Doctors are in the dock for asking for the government to pay them for the work they will be doing for 12 months so they can afford food and accommodation while doing 24/7 shifts.

Meanwhile the government wants them to work for free.

The arrest of Mefical Interns, holding them in Police cells for 6 hrs, arraigning them in court, condemning them to prison are an escalation. @TheUMAofficial won't allow these young Docs to be used as bait or as bargaining chips. Free our neonates, then you will hear from us.
