@afneil Don't try to be all things to all men the right wing commentators are always going to hate you whatever you do. Go with what you believe in and see where it takes you. Don't forget X and all the other social media aren't the real life.
@SophyRidgeSky Again good optics. In reality £454 million is a drop in the Ocean. But it gives the impression he's doing something and this will give team
Burnham "breathing space"
@The_Forty_Four It's all manufactured by the BBC media haters. The beeb will always thrash ITV. ITV could help themselves by ditching Matterface and Dixon as nobody would listen to them even if ITV had no adverts
@afneil A positive start and although a 5% reduction in electricity isn't a massive amount it's good optics. John Healey as chancellor is a good choice seems a level headed person
@The_Forty_Four He should definitely either resign or be removed. He's lost all connection with England supporters. England were in a position to show they could beat a side of a similar standing, and they wilted, and Tuchel made the situation worse.
@triffic_stuff_@TRobinsonNewEra Forage goes onto a right wing leaning podcast we're he knows he'll get a nice easy ride. I'd like him to be interviewed by Andrew Neil, and let's see how he gets on then
@JamesMelville Please don't go down the Pep route. He managed some of the greatest players of all time at club level. England has not got the same embarrassment of riches who play the procession style game pep likes.
@piersmorgan I'm not so sure there is a massive disconnect between Tuchel and the fans. We have seen what he does in the biggest games, and he's been found wanting. There's a host of great teams to get thru to win the Euros and Tuchel has done nothing to show they'll be a different outcome.
@NickDixon Tuchel has failed he used exactly the same tactics that Southgate was slaughtered for.
It's hard to comprehend why England has lost all the games when we come up against a team where the result is 50/50
@QCMetellusPius@afneil I try and support the police but Devon and Cornwall police force come out of this very badly, and this will only encourage more scepticism of the police more broadly across the political spectrum whether left or right
@piersmorgan@gabrielclarke05 Disagree with you on this one. The interview came across as one you would have with a polictian not at the end of a supercharged game where emotions are running riot. Clarke is vastly experienced and should have looked to take the heat out of the situation, not raise it
@UKFootyBible You watch our media try and cause division in the camp. If they had any loyalty to England, they wouldn't mention it again, but you watch at Tuchel's next press conference. What's the number one thing their going to go on about. ??
@willsaints13@LDC_9814 Matterface and Dixon don't bring any gravitas to the whole occasion. Seb Hutchinson commentating on the women's euro final really rose to the occasion
@TiceRichard@AllisonPearson Oh dear, the voice of a man who sees his chance of power disappearing into the distance. Farage won't be an MP by the end of the year, and Reform will sink without trace without him.
