Our Crewe demolition and site preparation works are progressing very well, and nicely ahead of programme. The site is unrecognizable as the Old Tea Factory and it’s great to see the excellent material recycling rates that are being achieved.

Works are progressing well at the new KLA U.K. Manufacturing and R&D Centre in Newport, South Wales by our contractor Andrew Scott Ltd.

All utilities are now live to site and despite the recent poor weather, a big push is underway on the externals.

Trebor are delighted to have achieved practical completion at Lightning 32 Huntingdon. The unit has been built speculatively and comprises 32,841 sqft, it is now fully available & ready for occupation.

Trebor recently hosted a site visit and interactive tour with bricklaying students from Colchester College at our speculative development at Eastern Gateway, Ipswich. Main Contractor, Magrock gave an insight into the Health & Safety and economies of scale for efficient working.

Trebor were delighted to attend the steel signing ceremony at our Point 36, Goole site with GMI Construction Group PLC .

The 94,842 ft2 unit has been pre-let to Siemens Mobility and is due for completion this Summer.
