@EmorySkyies @NSuperGamerGuy Idk, it's not that there was never sun in Persona 4 but the colors and lighting in the image carry such a different atmosphere compared to Revival.

Part of the worry is them losing the bleak small town vibe of Inaba, which, god forbid I say it, is a big part of the game's "soul"

my opinion on persona 4 revival will entirely depend on how well they recreate these two sprites in particular

@inkblotPrincess I genuinely agree with you and I'm against a remake of Persona 4 conceptually, especially since it's my favorite game.

I am still excited and will buy the new version anyways. This is partly because it looks pretty good and partly because I'm a sucker who will buy anything.

Begrudgingly excited for Persona 4 Remake, some of the sprites look a bit funny but it looks good (coming from someone who maintains there never should've been a remake).

Dig the Persona 6 paranormal/occult theme. Can't wait for more information in 8 years. Paint bucket real.

@Profoundarkie @shyakuro95 @magatsuizanyagi I hope they do some touch ups because the 3D mostly looks pretty good, and the battle portraits and such look great. It's just a few tiny things with portraits that bother me.

@Profoundarkie @shyakuro95 @magatsuizanyagi I still have mixed feelings about it right now, but it's possible it grows on me. I do think it's a bit of a split though. Marie and Nanako look good, and Chie looks fantastic. It's just Naoto/Dojima/Rise/Yosuke feel a touch off still.

@mopishcobra6 @tajbanis @ZekeFreek I've always felt it was sorta sad it went almost 100% extinct. There's a ton of 3D blu rays and such that are almost impossible to find any modern way to watch. Especially since 3D still exists in theaters, even if it isn't as big as it was.

@PMBY89 @zDamascus @_MenaRD__ It's always seemed that smash had a cultural favor for more FT3/BO5 though, and traditional fighters had more of a favor for BO3, which is why this switch hasn't happened before. It seems like it might start to be shifting a bit though.

@PMBY89 @zDamascus @_MenaRD__ As somebody who plays smash, this has more to do with Smash than the Bo5/FT3. Granted I'm actually fond of the 4 minute matches (not talking about Steve/Sonic, etc.)

But traditional fighters should totally be able to reasonably accomplish it if Smash can do so much Bo5.
