@realradec At this point in time you either have to A) pay staff less, B) use less staff to create the product, or C) make games faster in shorter cycles. Most likely none of the above will work in modern AAA, picking up and moving studios to different states could also work...
@realradec Honestly sounds about right to me. If you look at the number of employees, the average salaries that are in the area where studios are located, and the 5 to 7 year dev cycles + add in marketing, studio costs(rent, tech, taxes, perks) idk how you even get it under that.
