The anonymous woman who accused JAY-Z of sexual assault has fully recanted her allegations in a new court declaration:

“Shawn ‘JAY-Z’ Carter never r*ped me. I have never met or spoken to Mr. Carter. Mr. Carter never engaged in any inappropriate conduct toward me whatsoever.”

“There is no truth to any of my claims against Mr. Carter,” she added under penalty of perjury.

The woman originally filed the lawsuit in October 2024, accusing Diddy of r*ping her when she was 13 and alleging that an unidentified male celebrity, referred to as “Celebrity A,” also r*ped her at an afterparty following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.

The complaint was amended in December 2024 to identify JAY-Z as “Celebrity A.” She voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit against both Diddy and JAY-Z with prejudice in February 2025.

Her new declaration was filed in JAY-Z’s ongoing malicious-prosecution lawsuit against attorney Tony Buzbee and his law firm.
