A farmer dies in April 2026.

His son inherits the farm. The farm has been in the family since 1847.

The farm consists of: 300 acres of grazing pasture, a farmhouse built in 1892, a barn, a milking parlour, two tractors of varying ages, a Land Rover that runs about 70% of the time, and a herd of 180 Hereford-cross cattle.

De spindokters van de overheid draaien overuren, met behulp van onze wel willige media zoals Nieuwsuur. Waarom? Kennelijk geven gemeenten niet of nauwelijks gehoor aan de oproep om opvang te regelen. Geen één keer in de gehele reportage vraagt de verslaggever waar deze mensen vandaan komen. Alleen maar suggestieve vragen en opmerkingen, waar gaan jullie slapen, het is koud, etc.
In de reportage zie je twee vrouwen met kind die uit de opvang voor Oekraïners zijn gezet omdat hun identiteit onbekend zou zijn. Maar hé, hoe zijn ze dan met zulke grote koffers in Europa gekomen? Verder zie je goedgeklede asielzoekers met nieuwe koffers voorzien van vliegtuiglabels, North Face rugzak en nekkussens.

Dit zijn geen zielige vluchtelingen die alles achterlieten en of met een bootje kwamen. Dit zijn mensen die met het vliegtuig zijn gekomen (of gehaald) gezien hun bagage met label en nekkussen. Hoe hebben ze kunnen vliegen en hoe zijn ze door de douane gekomen zijn zonder visum/verblijfsvergunning?

Meet Dr Keith Wolverton, a genial British GP working in urgent care. During a consultation at a walk-in centre in Staffordshire, he asked a Muslim woman to remove her niqab because he had difficulty hearing her explain her young daughter’s symptoms. He cited issues with her English and the need to see her mouth movements for clear communication and proper diagnosis. She initially refused on religious grounds but eventually complied.

After her daughter received treatment and recovered, the thankless woman filed a complained that she felt “victimised and racially discriminated against.”

CONSEQUENCES: A Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service hearing found the doctor guilty of misconduct. He was initially suspended for 9 months. In 2026, Dr Wolverton was struck off the medical register (effectively sacked/banned from practising). All because he was concerned about the health of a child.
