The idea of a Crisis Line is to prevent A&E admissions and rapid access to certain services in the right situation I think people forgot about their training in college and university I understand that as well it’s highly important that people need to listen to patient feedback

Patient should always have the right to their own care choose the right delivery of service unless incapable I get told a lot on before I call the Crisis Line there’s not enough fundings I don’t like trigger questions. Do you have a plan? These need to be delivered a bit better

@Keir_Starmer if we just pay for the BBC through the Tv Licence isn’t there a way that the Tv Licence company couldn’t just set up a feature to turn off BBC channels and radio on your side? Then technically you’re not receiving those channels why is it everything is Taxed

@Mersey_Care I don’t like the questions they ask on the Crisis Line. It’s like the reading office script. It’s horrible when calling up. Makes you even feel worse if you are suicidal.

@Mersey_Care @TalkTherapyLiv What I would like to see is the better integrated service with psychologist and psychology intervention people with borderline personality disorder as I feel like if you’ve got this disorder, you’re just left to deal with it on NHS better integration into GP practices

@MWLNHS I hate the terminology that they give a lot of patience called the frequent-flier it’s a horrible terminology to use as someone has a health anxiety or a mental problem that needs to be scrapped and it’s still used today. Every patient deserves the right care at the right time.

@MWLNHS Silly question why not employee GPs to work in the A&E department? They have GP officers at the main entrance in why not create a mini walking centre with them. All under one roof. And have a GP on a rotation. This would take a burden of the A&E.
