Public statement – Sunday, 19 July 2026
I am making this statement now, while I still can speak freely, because events are moving quickly and there is a real possibility I could be formally restricted from doing so within the next 24 hours.
The factual background and my position:
I was employed by pumpdotfun as a developer. In May 2024 I used privileged access to transfer approximately $2 million in SOL from the platform and distributed those funds publicly. I was arrested in London and faced charges of fraud by abuse of position and transfer of criminal property.
I wanted to fight the case and air their laundery publicly so a jury could decide. I was repeatedly given advice that I now believe was bad, and I was coerced into maintaining the guilty plea. I was lied to on multiple occasions. On the record, the prosecution routinely made statements or failed to do basic due diligence on even the most straightforward facts. I was sentenced at Wood Green Crown Court in December 2025 to six years concurrent. I have served much less than the minimum stipulated by law, and am now back home, safe secure and content. They now attempt to squelch me again.
Since then I have publicly released internal Telegram chats and other materials, and made serious public allegations concerning the platform’s operations, livestream features, content moderation practices, KYC and age-verification processes, and related concerns. I have not at any point said anything, however damaging, that I know to be untrue. I continue to stand by the truth of those statements.
I am using this opportunity now to fight them in court about their hypocrisy and will air their laundery publicly. I am even more penniless than I was when I was facing time for trying to put them out of business. This is a call to action. I can't even afford rent let alone a legal battle that I found out just now lays the burden of proving what I said was true squarely on me... they can just go ahead and claim whatever they want on the assumption I'd lied, and I have to spend money I don't have proving they're exactly what everyone knows they are.
Current situation:
A physical package originating from CitySprint London South is scheduled for delivery tomorrow (Monday 20 July 2026) via UPS to an old address associated with me in Nova Scotia. A private message I received explicitly warned me to expect a “housewarming present from pumpdotfun tomorrow.”
What I suspect:
Given the sender, the timing, and the surrounding context, I believe this package contains formal service of civil legal document, most likely a defamation claim (or related action) brought by pumpdotfun, Baton Corporation Ltd, or associated executives in response to my public statements. I further suspect that, given the resources available to them, they may have already obtained, or are in the process of obtaining, a temporary injunction or other order that would restrict my ability to continue speaking publicly about these matters.
I am in need of more money than God.
Why I am speaking now:
I want the full context, the released materials, and my position to be on record before any such restriction takes effect. The background is already extensively documented in public posts, chats, and filings. Due process in these matters can be slow, but the immediate practical timeline appears short. Once I receive and review whatever documents arrive, I will act in accordance with whatever lawful obligations are imposed.
