There are grown adults who think it’s nonsense to analyse sensory imagery in literature, a basic thing taught in middle school. These people passively consume fiction without understand the mechanics of how and why it works, which makes them the perfect targets for propaganda
It is my deepest belief that it’s your duty as an American to just like Go To Stuff. Any stuff. Art fair. Food truck festival. Weird one woman show. Ice cream store. Minor league baseball. Movies. Community is an action! It’s something you have to do! Give it a whirl!
It’s ok to wash cast iron with dish soap. It doesn’t contain lye anymore. It will strip your coating slightly but you need to do it to have a clean pan.
@CycloneLarry69 The first half of this is wrong, salt lake is great. I wouldn’t look down on it the same way this guy is the Midwest/plains.
Second half I agree with, though the entertainment factor of the college town itself is worth bringing up.
They say everyone needs to work in a restaurant at least once, and I think we should add managing a social media page for a company/business/event to that.
Less so for dealing with trolls and more so interacting with seemingly normal people who turn out to be so deeply weird.
