after 30 years with directv I'm canceling my acct. It was a good run, but since at&t bought them, their customer service sucks. now on hold for 1.25 hrs

For 28 years directv at the best customer service in the world. They were bought out by AT&T and their customer service sucks. Can't login to my direct TV account, i have called and been on hold for over an hour 2 times in the past 6 days.
