@mrbinnion (1st) Under the last legal and lawful 1931 Statute of Westminster, Canada is not Sovereign because we have not legally formed a constitution. Trudeau actually has little authority over the Provinces. Look back to the Statute which gave Sovereign Power to the Provinces.
