With the greatest of respect Ian , that’s not what the majority want at all is it ? Most sane and rational reds and yes there’s a few , just want a new coach to be backed . It’s evident he’s not a fan of Endo and has instead ask Grav to play a new-ish role as we’ve not been able to secure our target (s) . We are in an excellent situation off the pitch but it’s fair to ask if investments on the pitch are deemed sustainable for top level success ?
I'm dying right now. @Ubisoft bought random stuff off amazon for their "official display"?????????
The bar was low for effort, but this is incredible. How low will a AAA company sink?
This is what happens when you fire people who know what they're doing and replace them with those who don't.
Kyle Brink, Executive Producer for Dungeons and Dragons, has been fired.
If you share this, WotC and DnD accounts will block you.
He got what he wanted. He should be happy.
Amandla Stenberg, the star of Star Wars: The Acolyte, decided to pull the racism card and "own the haters" by flailing around like a fish out of water gasping for air while singing about how oppressed she is.
This is what Star Wars is now.
@realswtheory When you don't watch it and talk about it, they tell you that you have to watch it to have an opinion.
When you watch it and talk about it, they tell you to stop watching it if you don't like it.
There is no pleasing them in this scenario.
Like a boss. From Software president, Hidetaka Miyazaki, says that as long as he is in charge, he won't let layoffs hit his company.
"People who are afraid of layoffs are afraid of losinig their jobs are afraid of making good things" he says as he cites Nintendo's beloved ex-president, Iwata-San.
This the the lesson, right here. Make games that people want, stop the AAA formulas and go for "good things" and not be afraid of losing your job so you can take the risks needed.
From Software understands gamers and delivers games they actually want, a lesson that Sony, Firesprite and the rest of AAA in the West will not talk about as they blame everything else.
Western gaming has changed. It's no longer about fun, escapism, or eye-candy characters. It's an endless series of proxy propaganda campaigns by gaming journalists and Female masculinization advocates.
Western gaming and its consumption of fun have become a well-oiled machine😆
I don’t know how ANYONE can defend EA.
I don’t know how anyone can praise their “DEI initiatives” and then completely ignore this.
Games are borked.
Closing studios and firing people.
Abusive to customers.
Abusive to their workers.
But hey, they put some virtue signaling into the sims so it’s buy buy buy and support EA and defend them.
While I’m all for people making their bags, when you’re laying off loads of people and shutting down parts of the company, maybe it’s time for a MINOR pay cut. Do you really need a 4th yacht?
Genuinely, how many of those execs even do anything? How many redundant roles are there?
And just as a reminder, the sims now has enough DLC to cost $1300+ but if you want to use all that content, the game doesn’t work.
I remember when game journalists actually journalismed for a brief few months instead of just writing blog posts and lying.
In the first age, in the first battle, when the shadows first lengthened, one stood…

We’ve seen some incredible things online and how communities can come together to help make positive changes in games, from the “small”, like outfit changes, to the very large like the Helldivers fiasco (which still isn’t completely sorted it seems).
It is my hope that publishers will start to back off studios and parent companies will just let people create without excessive requirements.
It is also my hope that more small studios will find success in their visions and share them with the world.
We spend so long praying for a better future that it can be easy to ignore where we are at and how far we’ve come.
Moves like these help bring us towards a world with less censorship.
Some may scoff at it and say it is meaningless and that’s okay, if it’s not important to someone, don’t let it ruin your vibes. Celebrate what is important to you 🩵
At the end of the day, creative freedom for all is massively important to me and I hope everyone can find joy in creating new things and sharing them with the world.
