@Nesserris Videos don't do it justice, but sometimes here in the high country you straight up cannot see the road, almost vertigo inducing. The giant apple map does give you a solid idea of where you're going.
@mikesrsic@Denver7Traffic Back in 2024 they placed what felt like a 90 degree turn at 65 mph on I-70 in wheat ridge. Truck going eastbound lost its load and killed some newlyweds in the westbound lane. Of course no one was held liable.
If you’re a Muslim in America experiencing Islamophobia due to the anniversary of 9/11 today, just remember:
Good. Go fuck yourself and get the fuck out of my country.
@JustAPlop@themamahagan@bobmontcee Around 11,500 feet here. If you don't drive these roads in the summer and know it like the back of your hand. Winter is not the time to come find out.
@DanishDesign@WheatRidgePD CDOT changed the lanes in that section along I-70 due to bridge construction a few months back, it’s now a very sharp turn which even in a regular vehicle is annoying. The driver had probably taken I-70 before but was not expecting the sudden change. It’s on CDOT IMO
