The market finally starts moving.

Your portfolio is green again and you think: finally. This is what I've been waiting for.

Then the market pulls back a little.

Nothing crazy, but alts slowly start bleeding again.

And that stupid thought appears in your head:

I should've sold.
I could've bought everything back cheaper.

A few days ago you were thinking about how high your coins could go.

I've been in this market long enough to know how this feels.

The worst part isn't even losing money.

It's watching your original thesis play out exactly as you expected after fear convinced you to abandon it.

That's why I try to make my decisions before the emotions arrive.

Plan A if the market goes up.
Plan B if it goes down.

Because once fear takes over, you can convince yourself that almost any stupid decision makes sense.
