@HeavyTF2Weapons @RoninFPS they don't do the 3 strike rule anymore, thats been done with in both of their games. they definetly do listen to their community, just not in the most timely fashion. i cant really speak on false bans cause its more intricate than what it seems but embark is small comparitively.

@HeavyTF2Weapons @RoninFPS i wouldn't go as far as to say something like that, maybe tone deaf? i think they have a certain vision of the game and are lasered focused on it, which i appreciate, but sweeping changes should really not take upwards of 12 seasons just to have a ranked mode feel competitive

@HeavyTF2Weapons @RoninFPS in season 7 a mode called "head 2 head" was released, 3v3 final round rules. it was used as a way to kinda get to experience the final round more consistantly without having to queue wt or ranked. i think this is the only way ranked mode gets any competitive integrity.

@RaffaelPunished @RoninFPS i think if anything embark pushed this playstyle by not addressing it for multiple seasons to only put a bandaid on it and go radio silent, if you ask the average finals player their opinion on this type of teaming most of them would also be against it, not the player's faults

@casualuser12 @RoninFPS i'd argue the more disheartning thing is casters like garry blatantly ignoring issues such as these and saying to "just adapt" yeah bro let me adapt to another team of 3 holding out mesh while they let the other team steal my box all while 5 people are team shooting me 🤷‍♂️

@casualuser12 @RoninFPS does that maybe make it more of a ranked problem? yeah, i'd say so, but it still comes down to how higher level players use the core loop of plugging cashouts and defending them, it's one thing to let another team steal and another to sit in front of them while they do it 🤷‍♂️
