@virginmedia There is virgin media services in the building I live in. If it was construction it should of been communicated when an issue is identified. You simply delay my installation at the last minute every time without anyone paying a visit. You already hung up on me...

Cancel an installation 9pm the night before, promise that the 2nd would go ahead despite the fact I could tell your updates were false, push me to the back of the queue for the 3rd attempt, leave me nearly 2 months without broadband and hang up on me. Lovely service @virginmedia

@virginmedia Cheers for cancelling my mobile services due to a 10 pence debt on an old sub-account despite the fact I'm paying far more on a monthly basis for a mobile and broadband. I live alone and was unable to make calls in an emergency yesterday. 10p

@virginmedia Was reconnected to my services but after being asked to reconfigure details for my Virgin Mobile account I am now locked out. My deal expires in a month, hard to justify continuing after such poor service.
