@AmericanAir poorly handled out of @RDU today. computer issues at check-in/bag drop, very few announcements before security, didn't delay the flight until departure time leaving those who boarded sitting on the plane - this decision could have been predicted hour earlier

@RossMartinNC Try Tuscon, AZ or Vegas if you have to! And think of smaller airports. In 2016 I flew into Beaumont TX and out of Lake Charles, LA to watch the Heels in Houston. Memories of a lifetime even if we didn't win that year.
