@SwanBrandUK now over 2 weeks since I contacted your customer services on behalf of my elderly parents regarding a faulty appliance still under guarantee without so much as an acknowledgment. This is very poor and disappointing service from a brand such as yours.

@Morrisons appalling delivery service and many false promises of weekly shop to my 85 year old parents. Almost 28 hours after original time slot and after many false ‘it’ll be with you in next hour’ they didn’t even have milk for a cup of tea!

Another Christmas creation. I aged down these very orange terracotta pots on the hearth with a paint wash, ready for moss and foliage.
