@GodRizma Yeah that shit is an instant boost as far as pushing weight. I personally recommend it. It’s not bad weight that you’ll put on and it’s relatively easy to lose bc it’s water weight.

@GodRizma Yeah I never hopped off of it. Initially I gained like 4 pounds but it drops off after a few weeks and u shouldn’t really put on too much more past the initial intake.
