ICYMI, my latest YT video goes into my hyper-fixation with #DoctorWho Steelbooks with @ThetaSigma2017 and @rafeski_ providing amazing artwork for custom 'Twice Upon A Time' and 'Revolution of the Daleks' Steelbooks.
And the best part? I'm giving 2 of them away.
Link in replies;
@BrianStewartOH Bradley Cooper and Vin Diesel are odd to categorize because they're voice roles.
Then you've got actors like Chadwick Boseman, Anthony Mackie, Chris Pratt, Mark Ruffalo and Simu Liu who were known but definitely on the ascent when they were cast.
Tom Holland is the outlier, IMO.
@katherinehill05 Perhaps an unpopular opinion;
While I know Levy has an unpopular reputation after slop like 'Free Guy', I think he's slept on.
'Real Steel' is legit terrific, he's probably the best 'Stranger Things' director and he makes his films on time and under-budget.
This could work.
Seeing the Right-Wing meltdown over 'The Odyssey' is fascinating given recent history.
'The Super Mario Bros. Movie' was "woke" over Peach wearing pants in the trailer. Then it was suddenly "anti-woke" when it was a hit.
This time? No pivot. Just pure delusional doubling down.
And this is the problem any government is going to run into with runaway energy prices.
Either bring energy into public ownership, or commit to a wide-scale renewable project.
Any tinkering around the edges comes across as naive at best and corrupt at worst.
John Healey, "It doesn't solve the cost of living but it does indicate that we're offering a bit of help, we're offering a bit of hope"
£45 saved on energy VAT is 12p a day
Martin Lewis, "So you've got £45 coming off bills, but £25 going onto bills. So on 1 October, it's looking like the actual saving over six months would be £20"
While there are some unfortunate outcomes from a production like 'Obsession' (under-paid crew with no hope of royalties), one reason it's become such a smash hit is because of its behind-the-scenes magic and the history of its creators/stars.
Once again, AI lacks this magic.
I know not everyone views media this way, but stories like this is why I think AI is so antithetical to art through sheer principal.
All art and the struggle to make it is shaped by the people who created it. The making of' Rocky' (and basically all media) is a compelling...
His whole life was a million-to-one shot. I Play Rocky, based on the incredible true story, starring Anthony Ippolito - only in theaters this November.
They're not everyone's cup of tea, but I adore books like 'The Disaster Artist' and 'You've Got Red On You', movies like 'An Adventure In Space and Time' and 'Ed Wood' (I haven't got around to watching 'Mank' yet but it's on the list).
NIGHTBORNE is the first full test AI film I have made. It was made using Seedance 2.0.
I've been experimenting with AI for a couple of years, and it's now at the point where I want to tackle a full feature in this format. This is a 13-minute test start.
It was made with real concept artists, and features the faces and voices of 32 real people.
Barley Studios will be my new AI studio for creating my own films, the way Oats Studios was for traditional film and VFX. @Barleystudiosai
Full film in the reply.
Insanely poor message discipline from Farage at the moment.
The other week he did the interview circuit and was claiming he could spend the £5M bribe on anything he wanted, including Sports Cars.
Now he's gone back to his Security excuse.
He's completely floundering right now.
Oh my god he literally uses Ann Widdecombe’s death to justify his dodgy finances, dropping any ambiguity just explicitly exploiting it to justify his own actions.
British Summers are terrible because our buildings contain all of the heat so we're boiling hot all of the time.
However, the trade-off?
During the British Winter our buildings leak any-and-all heat so we're freezing all the time.
Am I the only one still unable to work the Big Finish app on Android?
I can still listen to previously downloaded boxsets but I'm still unable to update the feed or download anything else.
@Ryan_PS98 You haven't accurately represented a single thing I've said or a single position I hold, so yeah I definitely believe you're not invested in my opinions.
