There also sure are vendor-side measures to impede these well known methods, and/or identify them in real time.
Nothing will be 100%, but there can be less cases, and the cases can be less harmful

There are measures to reduce token-grabbing, or at least limit the power of stolen tokens.
The amount of credential thefts and abuse in Discord is ridiculous. It's been happening for years with the same tactics and the same malware, with little to no remediation.
