@British_Airways Bottom line is we purchased nothing. We would have had to buy a monitor, cot sheets, nappies, nightwear, toiletries etc but we saved you this cost by getting a taxi. You reward us by not reimbursing that cost. It doesn’t make sense and is grossly unfair. I will dispute this.
@British_Airways absolutely disgusted that you turned down our claim for a taxi to retrieve our luggage which you left at Heathrow. We had a baby and no luggage. We purchased nothing because we went late to the airport to collect our luggage. Short sighted BA. A poor decision
@forduk the AA here again, twice in 24 hours for the Kuga PHEV! Come on Ford, surely it’s time you sorted this battery problem out? It’s not funny anymore. Never buy a Ford again.
@forduk It’s an ongoing problem with these cars clearly as forums are full of complaints. Car completely shuts down because battery has discharged itself. We’ve had an update done and this lasted a while yet here we are again. Car done 17k miles. Stranded 2 days on the trot. Not happy

@Aspirelounge absolutely shocking experience at Birmingham Airport this morning. No food, no juice, no alcohol. Charging people for this is unacceptable. Sort it out!
@LauraJamesHome dreadful customer service on garden furniture. Faulty chair and 3 deliveries later we still can’t get our hands on the correct part replacement. Shocking.
@BBCBreakfast lovely to see people heading off to Portugal but is it necessary to show an 11 year old school boy. Is this not promoting breaking regulations by taking children out of school during term time. Too much lost learning already.
