Your gate agent just lied as I was boarding & said my bag wouldn't fit in the overhead because of expander. It wasn't expanded. This is on the bin across the from me. So now after my two flights that are delayed I get to wait another 30 minutes to get my bag. Thanks so much for the customer service to your loyal customers.
