QUICK RECAP OF MAIN LIGHTER POINTS V2

On June 26th, I shared the first recap of @Lighter_xyz metrics and now, 11 days later, I’d like to give an update:

> Total Addresses: 38,278 -> 49,048
> TVL: $165M -> $187M
> OI: $145M-> $229M
> LLP: $59,6M -> $63,1M
> AVG Volume: $2,5B
> Total Points: 5,614,664
> AVG Points per Account: 258

Honestly, the numbers shock me once again. Let’s break down the average daily growth: TVL is growing by +$2M, OI is increasing by +$7,5M, LLP is up +$500K and ~1,100 new users are joining

Personally, I believe the most important metric for a perp is OI. It shows how many whales are holding positions, how much real capital is in play. And by that, I mean actual traders, not just airdrop hunters

And most importantly, Lighter has already left @dYdX behind and is now breathing down @GMX_IO neck. I remember dYdX as a legendary perp, so surpassing a competitor of that scale feels like a major milestone

I’m guessing you love talking about points just as much as I do. Well, the OTC price has already hit $5, so anyone out there dreaming about their airdrop can go ahead and start multiplying their points by 5
