#optus Optus replaced my Wi‑Fi router with a new model, saying it would be better for me. No one informed me that my existing booster would stop working with this upgrade. Now I’m being told that if I want a compatible booster, I have to pay $216. That doesn’t seem fair.”
Dear @13cabs
I had lodged a complaint on your website (compliant Reference # 983617 for being overcharged a hefty amount on 12th Jan 2025). I feel robbed as my family and I ended up having to pay almost double the fare ($138.81) that was reflected on your app ($75). (1/3)
I brought this price discrepancy up with our driver, and he simply stated he was charging the usual rate for a Sunday, despite the app reflecting a MUCH lower price.

I received an email from your company on the 16thof Jan stating that you guys would initiate an investigation into this and get back to me with a response. I have not heard back once. In spite of sending you guys multiple emails, I have NOT received any updates.
