मुझे रेडियम रोड पर गलत तरीके से रोक कर मेरा चालान कर दिया गया गलत रास्ते में जाने को लेकर 650 rs का जबकि मैं सही रास्ते पर था और मुझसे बाइक की चाभी लेकर बाइक सीज कि धमकी दी। इसकी शिकायत मैने पोर���टल पर की थी लेकिन आज 15 दिनों के बाद में वो पेंडिंग में है।

@BirsaZoo I had made a visit to the Zoo and booked a online ticket of 4. I made the payment but website showed error and no ticket were issued. Assuming it will be refunded automatically I retried and Booked it again successfully. As of today I have not received any refund .
