Sooo @BootsUK left me out of pocket, and just refused to rectify the issue. Even though they gave this parcel to @RoyalMail?

Oh my goodness I received the WORST customer service from
@BootsUK. Soooo bad, I had to come back to twitter to rant.

Eventually after going back and forth with the customer services team, they gave me a refund for the baby items but refused to refund the rest. I have to wait until Wednesday and come back for a refund if the parcel isn’t delivered

At first @BootsUK tried to ‘resolve’ this issue by giving me a replacement of the baby items i ordered but they somehow where not able to send me these items with next day delivery because agaim its their company policy not to do so. they can only do standard delivery

So no products from @BootsUK , no refund either and Boots are also unable to contact @RoyalMail to find out where my parcel is.

Apparently they have no way of contacting Royal Mail. Even though they gave this parcel to them. And I know is absolute rubbish because I have ordered from other companies who use @RoyalMail for delivery. When there was a delay they were able to chase it with them

Today I called them back to ask for an update. I requested that they contact Royal Mail to find out what is happening with my parcel. Is there a delay? Is it lost? Then the person I spoke to said it wasn’t @BootsUK ‘s policy to contact Royal Mail.

The first person i spoke to @BootsUK told me I had to wait another 7 days to see if the parcel would be delivered. Apparently they can’t do anything about the order until after 7 days. He did however refund me the charge for the next day delivery I paid for

So I placed an order for a bunch of toiletries & makeup from Boots on Monday night. Paid for next day delivery so that it could arrive by Wednesday. Come Wednesday, my parcel did not arrive. I waited another 48hrs still no parcel so I called the https://t.co/5gGIWhNwvZ team
